I am a certified fitness industry veteran since 1998, with Advanced Certification in TRX suspension training. I offer in-person and virtual private training, and online group fitness classes focused on TRX, H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training), core, body sculpting and cardio, H.C.S.C.
I use functional training techniques and structural assessments to design individually tailored fitness programs that leave you FEELING STRONG and LOOKING GREAT.
Wetsuits and foam surfboards (or fiberglass for intermediate surfers).
PERSONAL SURF LESSONS
We have taught hundreds of people around the world to surf since 2005.
From beginners catching their first rollers, to intermediates perfecting their turns, to advanced surfers catching giant waves, seeing their faces light up when they finally catch the perfect wave is AWESOME.
Personal Surf Lessons is based out of Santa Monica.

However, depending on swell (waves) size, tides, wind, and students ability we take our students to other locations.
